Webhosting Account, Getting Renewed Automatically. Need To Stop. Plz Help.?
Hi,
I had a website, and cancelled it before 14 days of its 1year completion. But they have debited this year’s fee yesterday. What can I do to stop a particular merchant, from accessing my credit card account (any idea other than cancelling the card). How can I say about this problem to the US government. I live in India, whereas the hosting company is in US.

Since you already cancelled the site and they still charged your credit card, contact the credit card company to dispute that charge. Explain to them what happened, then send an e-mail to the site hosting company to let them know that you’ll never do business with them again.
