I recently just moved my site over to webhostingpad after looking for a new host(moved away from bluehost) and found a link for a cheap hosting plan.
they offer 17,000gb of transfer and 1,700gb of storage which is the highest i have seen at such a low price. plus free domain and unlimited everything basically. they also have the latest cpanel which is nice to have. I only paid $46 for a year of hosting with the coupon I found here: http://www.stalebrew.com/2008/webhosts/webhostingpadcom/

I do want to point out that the cheapest is not always the best, esp. when you’re starting an online business. You also need reliability and speed. That being said, the best bang for the buck could be Hostmonster. Huge storage space for $83.4/year. If you’re looking for the absolute cheapest, you can check out Inmotion Hosting: $36/year. Further discounts for these 2 companies can be found here: http://webhostcoupon.blogspot.com/

    I use dreamhost.
Use a referral link and get $97 off. Mine was $15 for the first year, $100 after that.
I get 500GB storage, 1TB bandwidth, unlimited subdomains and email addresses.

The best bang for the buck I’ve found is Go Daddy (http://www.godaddy.com). The customer service is awesome and the base package (DNS registry – $9.99 & Hosting Site w/ some email addresses – areound $40.00) is around $50.00 a year ad-free, less with ads.
Also, you can get 10% off by watching one of their commerials (https://www.godaddy.tv/gdshop/media/loun… At the end of the commerical there’s a 10% off code they give you.
Just a bit of advise, read up on what you need and don’t need for your online business needs. They are a business just like anyplace and most customer service reps will try to upsale you on things you may be able to create on your own.
