I think i hosted on Web1000 once. That was when I wasn’t paying for domain names.
Your going to have to master other programming languages to make an efficient and user friendly webpage. Know your HTML, XHTML, CSS, Javascript, PHP, SQL, Flash..for basics.

To learn, there are hundreds of free tutorials on the web. Also, download Apache (LAMPP for Linux or XAMPP for Windows) and you’ll have your own web host to experiment on.

try using java scripted , or try to learn from html ebook also the frontpage is easy to learn with some flash pro like swich.
